Class Description
This is a great class to learn the fundamentals of resistance training and functional movement. We recommend it for anyone who is new to functional fitness, or who would like to start (or resume) strength training. Our coaches will teach you correct technique and movement mechanics to set you up for success and give you the confidence to join other classes. Class includes conditioning work to give you a full body workout. (45 mins)
